Terms and conditions

Your rental period begins at 4.00pm on the date of arrival and ends at 10.00am on your date of departure. This allows time to clean and prepare the villa for the next guests.
If you cancel your booking, the owners cannot undertake to refund any payments unless they are able to re-let the villa. It is important, therefore, to notify them of any cancellation immediately so that they have time to re-advertise.
Please ensure that all members of the party are covered by appropriate holiday / travel insurance for the duration of the holiday. Be aware that medical expenses can be very high in the USA.
The maximum number of people including children that can stay at the villa is six.
The minimum charge is for a stay of four days.
Any stay of less than seven days will incur a £39 cleaning surcharge.
The owners reserve the right to change the price of unbooked dates without notification.
The owners reserve the right to not to accept a booking.
Payment on-line indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
A deposit of £100 will be held to cover against loss from or damage to the villa and/or its contents. This deposit will be returned after a satisfactory status report has been received.
The owners will not be liable for injury, howsoever caused, as a result of the use of the pool or any other facilities or equipment provided.
The owners will not be liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following: Strikes, Aircraft Grounding, Closure of Airports, Weather Conditions or any event beyond our control.
I (the customer)enclose £200 deposit and agree to pay the final amount plus £100 security deposit SIX weeks prior to departure. I have read the terms and conditions printed above and agree to be bound by them.
