| The easiest way to book is to use the on-line booking form. This will guide you though the reservation process and work out your costs automatically. |
| If you prefer, you can reserve your holiday by printing out the normal booking form which can be filled out manually and sent by post. |
| As most of the UK flights arrive late in the evening you may wish to have a few basic food supplies available on your arrival. We can arrange for you to have a welcome hamper placed in the villa at a cost of $30 payable to our management company in Florida during your stay. |
| A £200 deposit will be required to secure your booking for the particular weeks that you require, with final payment due six weeks prior to departure. |
| It will be necessary to pay £100 security deposit which will be refunded on your return provided that the villa is left undamaged. |
| The pool is heated, but heating is not normally needed due to the climate. During some of the winter months you may wish to have the heating turned on. This will cost an additional £55 per week to cover the cost of the extra electricity used. |
| The minimum number of nights that can be booked is four. If you book less than seven, there is a £39 surcharge to cover the extra cleaning overhead. |
