| Planning Your Stay |
| Most of the UK flights arrive late in the evening and after your journey you may wish to have a few basic food supplies available on when your arrive. We can arrange for you to have a welcome hamper placed in the villa on your arrival at a cost of $30 payable to our management company in Florida. |
| You can enter the villa on any day of the week as long as it is available. Your holiday does not have to be from Saturday to Saturday. |
| The pool is heated, but heating is not normally needed due to the climate. During some of the winter months you may wish to have the heating turned on. This will cost an additional £55 per week to cover the cost of the extra electricity used. |
| You will be given a number to ring in Florida if you need assistance or advice whilst on holiday. |
| Your holiday information pack which includes the address and directions to the villa, maps of the local area and a booklet to help you around the villa will be sent to you approximately one week prior to your departure date. |
