These are just some of the notes you will find in the guest book when you visit the villa. If you choose to stay at the villa we would like to include your entries here.

We have visited the US on many occasions and each visit is always better than the last - and this was certainly the case on this trip! Your home has been the most comfortable and provided us with absolutely everything we needed, particularly nice comfy beds and very, very clean. Thank you for letting us use your home, we have looked after it as if it were our own and we will certainly be back.

This is our first trip to the USA and what a wonderful first trip it has been! The villa is even more perfect in real life, with everything we could ever want or need. The pool is simply to die for and we will really miss it. It was so amazing to watch the sun rise over the lake, as the stars disappeared and the crickets made their wonderful sound, on our first morning. This place is truly magical and we will always have very fond memories of our first USA adventure.

We have had a lovely week in the villa. Our little boy Connor "Doesn't want to go home to the house with the stairs"!! We have also found it very difficult to get him out of the pool. Your villa is lovely and has been better than a home from home. None of us want to go home and we will definately be back!

Thanks for letting us use you wonderful home. We've had a great time here making use of the lovely pool - hottest pool so far! Was great to see all the wildlife again - especially the deer. We've stayed in a few Orlando villas and this definitely has the most to offer. Great to have the wireless internet - made good use of it which saved us money by buying things online. Thanks again.

This is a lovely quiet location with a fantastic view which we have really appreciated. The big pool was great for swimming off some of the extra calories that we seem to be consuming. The DVD collection was a real bonus - we could have a glass of wine and watch a whole film without the adverts every 2 mins! We've had lakeside villas before but we have never seen so much wildlife. The deer were especially lovely to watch. We've seen turtles, birds of prey, egrets, herons, dragonflies, ducks - but no alligators.

We all had a great time at your villa, been to Florida many times but never been so comfortable. Will be back to stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Florida lived up to all our expectations and a whole lot more. If its your first time here make sure you go to Epcot and the Magic Kingdom to watch the fireworks. Simply amazing. Also the Shamu Show at Seaworld is breath taking. This holiday will never be forgotten for us all. Many, many thanks.

We have had a wonderful two weeks in Florida. The villa is perfect and what a view (we don't want to go home) The pool is fantastic, like swimming in a bath and what a surprise having a games room. A big thank you to VIP vacations, they were a great help.

Two years later - we said we would be back - and we are! We have had an amazing holiday and none of us want to go home. The villa is lovely - and yet again - we will definately be coming back. Thanks again Brian and Val until next time.

Lovely villa - so well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to friends. Saw the deer and turtles but no alligators. Had a fantastic holiday - made all the better by staying here.

Had a fantastic time... chilling out by the pool, visiting the local attractions and shopping till we dropped! The villa is great ... home from home. Wild life seen - one grey squirrel, one heron, some birds of prey and on our last night ... three deer. Hoping to be back next year in May again.

What a wonderful surprise when we arrived! The villa is even better than the photos in the brochure. I'd like to lift it up and take it home. Thank you for all your loving care and attention to detail - you've thought of everything. This was our first Christmas away from home and we have had a marvellous holiday.

We've spent a great couple of weeks here. The villa is great and the view is gorgeous and very unexpected! We made good use of the pool. It's like a huge warm bath. I really don't want to go home, but I suppose all good things have to come to an end! I really enjoyed this holiday.

We had a lovely two weeks staying in your villa and hope to return soon. The pool was great and the view lovely. We made friends with the local wildlife (the Ducks) Robert and Lauren our children have started to call this place home as it is a home from home it has everything you could possible wish for.

Excellently well equipped villa. Loved the lake - we saw lots of wildlife and the frog chorus at night was an amusing experience!

Our fifth visit to Florida and Bessies's first. Villa is excellent, well placed and fairly close to all the attractions you need to see and visit.

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool is great and the view is so engaging. The movie selection is also very impressive; we watched several.

We had a lovely time at your villa. It is certainly well supplied. We enjoyed the pool and spent one day watching an eagle perched high on top of one of the trees across the water. Thank you for providing a nice place to stay.

The villa is great! The pool is lovely, it's like a bath. We have seen otters and turtles on the lake but no deer. After spending a day at the attractions it was great to come back and relax in either the pool or the villa. It is great to have a heated pool! Even on our last night is was so warm we were in the pool at night! The games room was excellent! We played either pool, ping pong or table football nearly every day. We will recommend the villa to all our friends.

We have had a fantastic ten days here and loved the villa. It was perfect and had everything we could require. Seen loads of birds, herons, cranes, eagrets, also turtles, lizards and rabbits. Thought we saw the alligator, but it was a turtle in disguise.
